On Tuesday, July 7, 2015, the Palm Beach Post published an article featuring Dr. Z’s new book entitled “Just One Backyard: One Man’s Search for Food Sustainability.” The article describes how Dr. Z turned from an ecologist to “one of the country’s foremost authorities on the myriad economic, ecological and health benefits” on the topic of urban residential food growing.
