Dr. John Zahina-Ramos will present: Combining Urban Agriculture with Beekeeping

Dr. John Zahina-Ramos is a noted scientist who is researching the benefits of urban agriculture. His book, Just One Backyard: One Man’s Search for Food Sustainability, has been awarded First Place in Self-published Nonfiction e-books by Writer’s Digest Magazine. Dr. Z has appeared on the Victory Garden’s Edible Feast series on PBS and has been featured in articles that appeared in the Palm Beach Post and the National Endowment for Financial Education’s newsletter.
