Data collected during Dr. Z’s research into sustainable urban food production are being posted to this website in phases. Most recently, food production data from 2009-2013 have been posted and are available for download and review. These data can be accessed through the “Research” link on the menu bar above. The data collection methods are being published in Measuring Food Sustainability and the Benefits of Urban Agriculture, which is scheduled for release in April 2017 and will be available through Amazon and other on-line or brick-and-mortar booksellers.
