Friday, August 7, 2015. 9:00 am. Stuart, Florida. Dr. Z will giving a presentation to the Martin County, Florida Master Gardeners about his research into sustainable urban agriculture. The meeting will be held at the Martin County Extension Office at 2614 SE Dixie Highway, Stuart, Florida. For more information, click here.

Saturday, August 8, 2015. 10:00 am to noon. Lake Worth, Florida. There will be a meeting of the Palm Beach County Community Garden and Urban Farm Association at Gray Mockingbird Community Garden in Lake Worth. Dr. Z will chair the meeting, which is open only to community garden and urban farm leaders/directors.

Sunday, August 16, 2015. 1 pm. Pembroke Pines, Florida. Dr. Z will be giving a presentation to the Bird Lover’s Club at 8331 S. Palm Drive in Pembroke Pines, Florida. The presentation will be about how our urban food gardens support urban ecology and wildlife conservation. For more information, click here.
